Day 1
Arrival in Colombo
Once you reach the Colombo airport, meet our tour representative who helps you with an assisted transfer to your pre-booked hotel. After completing the check-in formalities, you are free to spend the day as your preference. You can interact with the locals, can enjoy the hotel facilities, can enjoy sumptuous food, can explore the nearby surroundings on your own and so on. Overnight in Colombo.Day 2
Colombo- Sigiriya/Kandalama
After breakfast, leave the hotel room for exploring the tourist attractions of Colombo and to indulge in shopping at the popular market. Sri Lanka’s largest city, Colombo is known for being an extremely vivacious city that is an ideal mix of the new and old world. The day is scheduled for exploring the prime religious, historical and commercial attractions of the city. The list of the sites includes Viharamahadevi Park, Pettah, the Fort, Cinnamon Gardens, Galle Face Green and so on. Get an assisted transfer to Sigiriya or Kandalama. On arrival, complete the check-in formalities at your hotel. Stay overnight.Day 3
Sigiriya/Kandalama-Habarana-Sigiriya/Kandalama
After an early breakfast on the 3rd day of the tour, embark on a day trip to the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. This UNESCO World Heritage Site was erected during the 5th century by King Kashyapa. Climb up the fort to admire some amazing views of the surrounding area. Another attraction of the day is the world-popular frescoes of Sigiriya’s ‘Heavenly Maidens’, a covered rock pocket, which is accessible by spiral stairway. In the afternoon, visit Habarana to embark on an Elephant Safari, spotting exotic wildlife of the region. Back to the hotel at night for an overnight stay.Day 4
Sigiriya/ Kandalama-Kandy
Today, post breakfast, hit the road to Kandy. On the way, halt at any of the Spice Gardens. another UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kandy is a historic city that is home to a number of historic sites. Once you arrive in Kandy, visit Peradeniya University campus, Temple of the tooth and the royal Botanical Gardens. Go to the upper lake drive and enjoy some nice views of the city. Later, you can visit the popular Kandy markets, which are quite popular for gems, batiks, jewelry, silks, handicrafts and more. The evening is scheduled for attending a Kandyan Dance performance. Stay overnight in Kandy.Day 5
Kandy-Beruwala
Once you have breakfast, leave for Beruwala. En-route, halt at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, one of the most famed attractions in Sri Lanka. The orphanage is home to around 65 elephants of all age-groups. Continue towards Beruwala. On arrival, check-in at your pre-booked hotel. The rest of the day is free. Stay overnight.Day 6
Beruwala
On day 6, post breakfast, the day is at leisure. You can indulge in the activities of your interest. Beruwala is popular for its beaches. You can explore the nearby surrounding on your own, can interact with the locals, can taste the sumptuous food. Established during the 8th century, this is an interesting place. Departure from Beruwala
